This LED UV Curing machine is mainly used for the curing of printed LED ink on various surfaces such as bottles and cylindrical articles. By adjusting its lighting angle, it also can be used in the LED Ink printing cure of flat substrate, Stainless steel conveyer to resist High Temperature. Stepless speed adjustment to match with diffrent bottles. Suitable for bottles made by plastic, Metal, Glass ETC.
Main performance
1. Cold light source, no heat radiation, suitable for bonding heat sensitive materials
2. Immediately on and off, no preheating is required, and the irradiation intensity can reach 500mw/cm2--12000mw/cm2 or more.
3. Compact size, making it easy to integrate into fully automated production lines and equipment
4. UV LED has no infrared radiation, no harmful gas, and meets ROHS standards. Safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional mercury lamps
